  • How often do you eat fast food?
  • What are you favorite types of fast food and fast food restaurants?
  • Why do you like or dislike fast food?
  • How concerned are you about nutrition?
  • To what extent do you try to eat a balanced diet?
  • Do you have any special strategies for eating well?
  • Which foods do you it that are most/least nutritious?
  • Which foods do you eat that have lots of salt, sugar, or fat?
  • Do you ever look at nutrition labels? If so, do they affect your consumption habits?

    In the past, I used to eat fast food at least twice a week or three time maybe.
    I tried to quit eating juck food but as you mentioned ‘junk food as addictive as heroin and cigarettes’, I couldn’t. I couldn’t get out of the Mcdonalds! It was so addictive because of flour. According to the one research, flour’s ingredients are changed to drugs in the body. Now, I am trying to eat slow food and I feel it affects me such as my physical condition, control my feeling. But sometimes, I still want to eat mcdonalds..... :):)
